Fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments
with ensuites and balconies overlooking our lush
gardens, full size tennis court and pool/spa.
Levels 4 and above also have Pacific Ocean views.
. The northern units also have views of the Maroochy
River and mountains beyond.

How far are you from Mooloolaba,
Caloundra and Noosa?
Majorca-Isle is “Your home away from home”,
ideally nestled between the Maroochy River and
the beautiful beaches of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba
- just 20 metres to the golden sands of the
patrolled
Maroochydore Beach. Caloundra and Noosa are both
about 30 minutes drive.

Located an easy one hours drive north of Brisbane
and only 20 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

there a good car hire company close?
Yes there is a heap to choose from. Click
here for more information. But remember most people
leave their cars in the secure underground car
park and walk or take tours. Relax and enjoy!

Do
all the apartments have ocean views?
Level 4 and above are the
better uninterrupted views. Most apartments also
get hinterland and city views.

Is there
shopping near buy?
Yes 50 metres away is the Cotton Tree Village
which includes boutique stores and a supermarket.
We are also a short walk through Maroochydore
to the huge Big Top and Sunshine Plaza Shopping
Centres featuring over 250 shops including Myer.

do I need to bring?
Just bring is your beach towel! – The apartments
are fully self contained.
