  • Modern unit block, pool, BBQ, tennis court. Nice unit and very friendly managers, Ross and Kay. One minute walk to Cotton tree shops, clubs and beach. Good area for flying holiday as bus service is excellent, good supermarket, great fruit shop.
  • We stayed here for 6 nights in July due to its closeness to everything in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore and Alexander Headlands. It said the complex was 3.5 stars… way it’s like a 5 star establishment at a fraction of the cost. We stayed on the 9th floor with 300 degree views from the 2 balconies, ocean on one side and Cotten Tree, Maroochydore and Budrim on the other. The 2 bedroom unit was HUGE, with 2 bathrooms and a large lounge and fully equipped kitchen and throw in a laundry. We will never stay anywhere else again, it’s Majorca Isle for me.
  • Stayed for a week in Unit 42 on the 10th floor. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and amazing views, lovely furniture with big screen TV and all the comforts of home. Never used the car in all of the time we were there as it was walking distance to surf club, restaurants, coffee shop, butcher, fruit shop and general store. Front and back balconies, whale watching was a bonus. Will be back for sure.
  • This unit is on the 9th floor. No need for a car – We stayed a week in this apartment. The apartment was well appointed, modern and spacious. It had everything we could want.
Two balconies having views over looking the ocean as well as the River. Location is excellent being a short walk to all you could wish for including the Maroochydore Surf Club and patrolled beaches. Sunday morning markets at Cotton Tree gave the area a real community feel.
Will definitely stay again in this unit.
Room Tip: This unit is large and sunny
  • We stayed in a 2br apartment on the 11th floor for a week. The apartment was nicely furnished and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The managers Ross and Kay were very friendly and extremely welcoming and helpful. Facilities were very good and the proximity to good restaurants and shops excellent. No need for a car. A couple of worthy mentions – The Silva Spoon for great tea, coffee and. Slice if something delicious. And for dinner, ba Vigo was great for tapas and a glass of wine. Highly recommend the area and the Majorca Isle is a perfect place to stay, unwind, and relax in the sun
  • We had a wonderful week at Majorca Isle. We were upgraded to No. 48 on the 12th floor, what wonderful views and and a spacious two bedroom apartment. What more could we want!
You can park your car in the basement car park and go straight up to your apartment.
The beach was across the road, the CottonTree shops only 2min walk with some lovely cafes especially the “The Silva Spoon”, numerous restaurants and the Surf club for meals within 5 min walk.
The outdoor pool(heated) and the indoor spa were great.
The Managers were friendly and very helpful.
The only thing needed was free Wi-Fi but that was available at the library across the road. Wi-Fi was available at a charge in the apartments.
We have stayed at Mooloolaba and Alex Headlands but this was a great change.
Room Tip: Worth getting up as high as u can with the sea views and plenty of Sun.
  • We’ve been holidaying in this area for years. It’s away from the Mooloolaba, Alex Headlands and Aerodrome rabble, but close to everything you could want in a beach holiday. Park the car, take the shoes off and relax. Surf Club, numerous restaurants, shopping, patrolled beach, the mouth of the Maroochy River, bare-foot bowls and even a library are all literally a minute or two walk. You do not need to bring shoes for this holiday. 4 decent pubs and clubs are also within 10 minutes walk. I’ve stayed in a number of the apartments in the area and I like the Majorca best, mainly because it’s right on the beach, perfectly located to take advantage of everything at Cotton Tree, but also the Maroochy beach, it has tennis court and seems to have bigger apartments than most. All the units I’ve stayed in have been airconditioned, but don’t really need it – my tip is to stay on one of the end units about 6 or 7 floors up, as you get fabulous sea breezes and views – the last few times we’ve been up, we’ve spotted whales from our balcony. Highly recommend this part of the world (and the Majorca) for a battery re-charge holiday.
Room Tip: If after 2 bedrooms, northern end, if after 3 bedrooms, southern end, about 6-7 floors up. Leave the doors open at night to let the breeze and sound of the ocean in
  • Was passing through on a surf trip, ended up staying for a week cause the surf was pumping. I heard that the Majorca Isle was a very affordable place to stay and was central on the Sunshine Coast. So I booked a two bedroom unit. When I checked in they upgraded me to an ocean view apartment which had all the modern con’s, great views was really clean and spacious.. Can’t wait to return to the coast and will be definitely be staying at the Majorca Isle.
Room Tip: Get as high as you can for the views!!
